Shieldbreaker Posted May 2, 2019 Share Posted May 2, 2019 Anyone else sad for the passing of such a great character? We got almost 0 characterization for the Others in the books. I think the one that Sam killed might have said something? Whereas in the show, we finally had an interesting non-human protagonist. It was a shame he did not speak, but a lot still could be inferred from his body language and actions and suchlike. And now he is gone, and we are back to boring human intelligence vs human intelligence (for a given value of that, in the case of Cersei). Such a waste of an interesting sapient species.
