I thought the same, but I am not sure now. The person beside Royce looks like Alys, i mean Ironborn Extra #42 , but I dont think that it is. I took it as a reference to Alys' inexplicable survival as just a rando statement about the episode in general makes no sense. Iirc, the show established that Arya/FM can shapeshift into any similar face so Ayra can take Alys' face and morph into Sansa.
