greel
Could Bronn's true identity be a surviving member of the family Reyne? He acts like someone who came from wealth , but it was taken from him. Now he is driven by gold and secretly has it in for the Lannister family.
greel
Remember when Bronn was asked by Tywain Lannister about his father, but Bronn said "You wouldn't know him". Seemed unusually secretive to me. Also there was a scene before the Battle of Blackwater Bay, where Bronn was leading a song of The Rains of Castamere.
darmody
He acts like someone who came from nothing. What kind of long-game would he be playing, from volunteering to fight for Tyrion in a trial by combat to now? Why didn't he kill off the Lannister family right there in that room while he had the chance?
greel
Bronn could have been the catalyst bringing Shay into Tyrion's tent which brought Tyrion to kill his own father in the end. Bronn already knew of Tyrion's story with Tysha, before the drinking game with Tyrion and Shay. Maybe Bronn is just playing the Lannisters off each other trying to get his lands (castle) back, before killing them.

The song was the theme of the episode. I presume Bronn was the one leading the chorus because the Hound needed a reason to tell him to shut up. Anthony Pirtle
Well, at least you didn't suggest he was a secret Targaryen.
greel
Okay, enough holes have been poked in my crazy theory. I yield...
Euron III Greyjoy
I doubt it. I think he's just a random person who came from nothing, met Tyrion and saw an opportunity to move up in the world. Not everyone has to be a someone.
Nerevanin
Doubt it. If he was a Reyne, why would he be working for Lannisters all this time? Wouldn't he rather try to take them down?
Orphalesion
He's apparently a ninja who can instantly reload a crossbow after firing it. That is all. Also.....how is the Show's version of Highgarden, somehow, "twice the worth of Riverrun"? The show's version of Highgarden was ridiculously small and dingy as far as (Westerosi) castles go. Even Hornhill was a lot larger and grander.

So by all means Daenerys should have given the Reach to him and House Tarly at the same feast where she made Gendry "Rivers" into Gendry Baratheon. And to me it kinda seemed like the writers are content with keeping Sam north or sending him to live with the Wildlings.

Daemon of the Blacks
No. Being a common Sellsword is Bronn's thing. Bronn secretly being the long lost scion of the second strongest Westerland's house would completely go against that. Bronn acts as if wealth was taken from him because it was. Cersei gave him a castle and wife only for Jaime to snatch it away.

Giving the Reach to house Tarly would give a completely wrong impression. The Reach isn't Sam's to inherit because Randyll Tarly usurped it from its rightful owners by the grace of a queen team Danny considers illegitimate. She could give him the Tarly ancestral fief but giving him the Reach would posthumously legitimize Randyll's treason.
