How will they deal with the ballistaes?

The idea that they could hit a dragon like that is insane. However a very easy way to do this would be to copy aegon the conquerors plan when he attacked herenhal (or whatever it's called) He waited for a moonless night and flew up into the clouds and came down with his dragon and burned the place. I think  having the dragon not make a noise until it was right on top of the scorpion would make sense and make her incredibly hard to hit. This is how dragons should be used when attacking cities.
