So it never occurred for anyone to use Arya?

In the war council scene, the leaders have only two suggested options: besiege the city or burn it. Did nobody think to send Arya, a Faceless assassin and archer, to make a calculated strike on the Red Keep to take out Cersei, or give her a bow and a clear line of sight? All the leaders know full well what Arya’s capable of with killing the Night King and all.

Nope, never occurred to anyone to ask Arya to use her amazing ninja FM-skills to assassinate Cersei, just as i never occurred to anyone to ask Bran who was sitting in the same room and who is literally omnicient, about what Cersei has been up to and and how she's shored up the defenses of Kings Landing.

It would be logical and make sense for anyone, just about anyone in the room, to ask these questions of Arya and Bran, but since the script currently is illogical and doesn't make any sense, then the characters behavior is illogical and doesn't make any sense.

In the show, only 4 people know Arya is a faceless (wo)men : Bran, Sansa , LF and Mel.

It seems that no one else wonder how Arya could have killed the NK, maybe they think she was very lucky for someone who used needle only once or twice...

Perhaps they have.

She's hading to KL to "unfinished business" after all. And Sansa doesn't want Jon anywhere near Dany. So, let Dany destroy herself, kill Cersei and put Jon on the throne. It can still happen. Only they didn't show it in the show yet.

She is no one. They don't think of her.

1. the show wouldn't tell the characters' true intention to the audience anyway. How could the audience expect an unexpeded last second surprise, twist, randomness, subvesrion otherwhise?

2. they'd all have to lure Cersei under a tree in the North camp first.

Does anyone outside of Sansa and Bran even know Ayra is/was a FM? Doesn't seems so...

She disappeared to Braavos and came back with insane killing skills.  People like Varys and Tyrion should have a strong suspicion that she has had FM training, that is, assuming Sansa didn't tell them already.  And, why wouldn't she have told her brother, Jon?

But, even if for some reason, they don't realize she's a FM, clearly, she has mad killing/assassin skills and numerous people know she had a kill list and that Cersei was on it.  That no one ever discussed Arya or again, anyone, infiltrating the city using the secret tunnels that Tyrion, Varys and Arya know about is dumb.

And a lot of people know that Bran is omniscient, so there's really no reason not to ask him about stuff that might help them in the war against Cersei.

Would Bran share the information if they had asked? We don't know what the unwritten "rules" are for a Three-Eyed Raven. Is he allowed to divulge that kind of information? I know he shared the info about Jon's parentage, but Sam had already uncovered that nugget independent of Bran.

He doesn't seem to mind when people ask him about stuff, Tyrion seemingly does it all the time after his arrival north.

If Bran do mind, then at least they should've shown us a scene where he's noticeable unwilling to share information when someone asks him something, perhaps not by being outright hostile but simply by ignoring the person who asked.

So far nothing in the show gives us the impression that Bran is actively withholding information from the other characters around him (quite the opposite in fact), only that they are extremely bad at asking him questions to begin with - which kinda fits the illogical narrative the writers are pushing this season.

People should know but given what we've seen, it doesn't look to be true. We don't  even see or hear people mention Ayra and her crazy new killing skills. I guess we're suppose to assume everyone knows about Ayra but frankly I'm sick of assuming what characters should or shouldn't know at this point.

Killing Cersei would be a huge blow, but Euron can succeed her, it's not a guaranteed success. Who knows what Qyburn and the Mountain would do? I wouldn't even surprise if Qyburn sits the Iron Throne if that happens, or maybe Qyburn resurrects Cersei like he did with the Mountain, it's still not a guaranteed success, it could be but it's not %100. And for Dany to ask that special mission from a Stark is another thing to begin with, especially after they disagreed with attacking the KL so soon.

The guaranteed success is taking KL with their army.

Arya can go solo, and assassinate Cersei for her own reasons, not for Dany.

Would everybody stop making Arya OP already? She is a little girl for crying out loud!

That's book-canon, not show-canon.

Bran can clearly see what's going on down south, otherwise he wouldn't know about the Tower of Joy, nor had visions regarding other parts of the south such as KL.

Of course. Or do you think she’s headed to KL without Sansa’s and Bran’s blessing?

Who tells us she’s gone to KL to kill Cersei? She doesn’t seem to be her priority anymore, in fact she changes her plans when she hears that Jon is King in the North in Season 7. Jon is her priority now, and since he doesn’t want to hear reason either from Sansa nor from Arya...

Nope they didn't think to ask Arya to use her skills as the FM.

What's even more disappointing is they didn't ask Bran about the conversation between Tyrion and Cersei either or anything about her plans in general. Surely a character like Bran has a lot of advantages that needs to be explored.

They never established that he doesn't want to share information.
