What were Tywin's plans for the succession of Casterly Rock?

Plan A would be Jaime. If I had to guess, plan B would be Tommen, under the guidance of Ser Kevan. After that may be Ser Kevan Himself. I suppose that he has lots of options if we include Lannisters of Lannisport. I doubt that. Honestly, he was in a tough position. Despite his wit, he couldn't stop his kids from becoming what they are. I don't think that he had a plan after Jaime or Tommen, but that's not due to his lack of abilities, so much as his inability if that makes sense.
