The Sleeper
If one has knowledge of certain drains and can sneak troops inside through them, sure.
Loge
The Rock is im-p-p-pregnable! Seriously, we don't know. GRRM hasn't given us much info on siege warfare in Westeros but it doesn't look like they're able to storm a well-defended castle. The Lannisters couldn't storm Riverrun and Stannis held Storm's End for a year. So they'd probably starve the defenders rather than try to storm the castle. LindsayLohan
I still find it hard to believe that Dragonstone was taken by storm, especially with a 300-man garrison.

Euron III Greyjoy
I think so, but unlike most castles it will need to be taken by trickery, like Lann the Clever did. It would be cool if in TWoW or ADoS, Tyrion takes Casterly Rock using some kind of trickery, proving himself as Lann the Clever's heir.

GRRM actually laid the foundations for that early in the series. Tywin put Tyrion in charge of the sewers, so he knows them really well. He'll probably sneak into the castle and open the gates. Large garrisons are easier to take. With the boredom and the hunger the soldiers will start consider revolt. That's why real life medieval castles didn't kept hundreds of soldiers inside the walls during a siege.

There would be shortages of grains, fruits, and vegetables, but there is no way to prevent the catching and consumption of fish.
