She went to KL to free Jon and for him to come back north and be king (this is stated on the screen). Did you not watch her coronation either? Sansa is there, no weapons or guards on her, in a room full of people raising theirs to declare her queen. So they made Sansa their Queen, why would they kill her or not respect her?
