The Fist of the First Men

North of the Wall is a hill called the Fist of the First Men. I seem to remember seeing it in a movie clip, shown as the shape of a man's fist which is pointing straight up, overhanging all around. But the WoIaF book "A Clash of Kings" describes a man riding a horse to the top of the Fist of the First Men, presumably without encountering an overhang or anything steeper than a ridden horse could manage. If that was so, then likely the main thing fist-like about the hill was a summit ridge with four tall knuckle-like rounded tops in a row across.
