BTW, this says Epstein actually wasn't on suicide watch:

Yeah, so I guess the question is why he was removed. How was that decision made?

I think the body is powerful proof that he is indeed dead and that it is actually him.

I read that he would commonly ask inmates their inmate number, presumably in order to put money in their accounts. It looks like he was bribing every inmate he came into contact with. Likely he was doing similar with guards. So, that could be how he got a hold of something to hang himself with. I assume suicide watch or not, they would't let someone that tried to hang himself, especially a case like this, have something like that again.

It would seem the possibility he got the D'Angelo Barksdale treatment is there though. I probably would not have thought something like that 20 years ago, but we already had the guy allowed to rape girls while serving a fucking sentence, and the guy that made it happen almost joined the Trump Admin. It's kind of crazy not to question things at this point.

A report popped up on my cell phone saying Jeffrey Epstein was found dead in his cell.

eta: Suicide. They were supposed to be watching him. A trial would have been waaaaaay better. I guess he didn’t want to be assassinated on the way to court.

oh they watched him alright

Dude, how can you say that with that much certainty, when he just fucking said that "poor" kids  are just as bright as withe kids, like if this is not an example of some racist as fuck shit, then i know how trump got elected.

like, the grab them by the pussy comment, its clear he didnt mean it like that, obviously trump is not a sexist and racists  piece of shit/s.

When people tell you who they are, you should belive them.

I mean, Biden is known for his gaffes, but as someone who also sometimes says things incorrectly, I assumed Biden meant "poor children of color" are just as smart as "privileged white children." But he said what he said, so my guessing isn't particularly helpful. Plus, not a Biden fan anyway.

How would anyone acting on his behalf know which account to deposit money in? This doesn't make sense to me.

I think there are real questions to be asked about how he managed to commit suicide. But let's not embrace conspiracy theories.  There's no evidence He was allowed to rape girls while serving a sentence (and Acosta DID join the Trump admin).

Uh, no they didn't.  And the especially didn't have access to high capacity magazines and body armor.  What is this bullshit?

Listen DMC, maybe you're some city boy who doesn't understand growing up on the farm, but we always had weapons around. My dad kept a locker full of AR-15s, Ak-47s, and auto-loader semi-automatic shotguns. We all knew where our individual Kevlar soft armor vests were stored, and my dad also had armor made of hard ballistic plates. You know, for coyotes and shit. But we never thought of using those weapons on humans!

Another thing to take into consideration is if the ancsters (old folk) sprayed their hog, cow, chicken with automatic firearms they would destroy their product.

This is how stupid americans have become, a twenty year old walks into a Walmart in an open carry state as an experiment.

I took it to mean something like a commissary account, thus the need to ask prisoners their prisoner number or the like. It's not like Epstein couldn't put some money in some actual bank accounts though. That is what the guy did, other than have tons of sex, is move money around in all sorts of shady ways.

It sounds like you agree with Epstein's lawyer, it's not like he's an out-of-control rapist. Women being sent to him, while he is serving a sentence. And we are supposed to believe it was all consensual. Because Esptein was such an upstanding guy?

And yes, we should totally not question that the wealthy and powerful are being helped out in various ways by the criminal justice system. They've learned from their mistakes with Epstein and will never do it again, promise. The guy had a pedophile invisibility cloak, but we should never question the same system that allowed this to happen going forward.

REPORT: EPSTEIN CONTINUED “IMPROPER SEXUAL CONTACT” WHILE IN PRISON
“It’s not like he’s an out-of-control rapist,” said his lawyer.

Last Friday, Labor Secretary Alex Acosta resigned on account of his decision, as a Miami prosecutor, to offer Jeffrey Epstein a sweetheart plea deal: 13 months in custody, including work release, after being charged with running an international sex trafficking operation. The deal was generally considered an outrageous move on Acosta’s part—in February a judge said it broke the law—seeing as it gave Epstein (and his co-conspirators) immunity, concealed the agreement from more than 30 victims, and let a sexual monster serve less than a year and a half in a county jail. (Epstein pleaded guilty to state prostitution charges and registered as a sex offender.) Oh, and it also might have allowed Epstein to basically carry on business as usual while serving his extra-light sentence. Per ABC News:

Attorney Brad Edwards, who represents Epstein accuser Courtney Wild and several other alleged victims, claims that Epstein’s 13-month jail sentence—the result of a plea bargain with federal prosecutors in Florida—failed to prevent the money manager accused of sexually assaulting numerous underage girls from having “improper sexual contact” with young women.

At a Tuesday press conference in New York, Edwards said that...Epstein was allowed by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office to participate in a work release program that permitted him to spend up to 16 hours a day, six days a week at an office in West Palm Beach that housed his nonprofit organization, the Florida Science Foundation. “Most of the time was spent in an office, a private office that was adjacent to his lawyer’s office all day every day,” Edwards contended at the press conference. “And what you’re going to learn is he was not sitting there conducting some scientific research for the betterment of the community, but he was having office visitors, some who were flown to him from New York and continuing to engage in similar conduct, literally while he was in ‘jail.’”

Edwards said...he had interviewed one young woman who “personally visited” Epstein at his work release office. “It was not for some business arrangement, and it was for, if you’re in jail, improper sexual contact,” said Edwards, who declined to identify the woman.

Also on Tuesday, according to the New York Post, Edwards said that “one of the questions I’ve received many, many times is what Jeffrey Epstein actually did on a daily basis. What I’m telling you is, what he did on a daily basis is engage in these types of sex acts with young adults and children,” saying, “Sex was his full-time job.” (During a Monday hearing, one of Epstein’s lawyer’s, Martin Weinberg, told a judge that his client “didn’t reengage in this activity” after pleading guilty to state prostitution charges in Florida. “It’s not like he’s an out-of-control rapist,” Weinberg added, bizarrely.)

Let the conspiracy theories begin ---

President Donald Trump retweeted a conspiracy theory on Saturday evening alleging without evidence that former President Bill Clinton was connected to the death of wealthy financier and accused sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein, hours after Epstein was found dead by apparent suicide in his federal prison cell.

"Died of SUICIDE on 24/7 SUICIDE WATCH ? Yeah right! How does that happen," wrote Terrence K. Williams, a conservative commentator and comedian, in the message retweeted by Trump. "#JefferyEpstein had information on Bill Clinton & now he’s dead. I see #TrumpBodyCount trending but we know who did this!"

I gather a comedian spoke on twitter verse --- the black hole of humanity.
