Stuff got added to it as he went along, but initially he chose Ireland, not "England" (and I presume here that with England you actually mean the British Isle that includes Wales and Scotland).

Like @Ran said, several place names are changed. It seems Gornath, Stygai and Qolahn experienced name changes.
