Prince Viserion
Sooo...rereading AGoT I noticed that there's never really a mention of anything written by the Dothraki... they have a spoken language but do they read or write? Because the Ghiskari do, As did the Valyrians but I'm not entirely sure which cultures can read or write in the world of ASOIAF besides the Andals, Rhoynar and the First Men... Rufus Snow
I can't find the evidence for it now, but I've always been convinced that the Dothraki are not a literate culture, same as Wildlings. Even in cultures that do have written language, literacy does not seem widespread, very much an elite activity / ability.
BlackLightning
I doubt it. If the Dothraki do have a written language, it is controlled by the Dosh Khaleen.
