I was wondering what if dany was born second instead of Viserys and she has acquired her 3 dragons, unsullied and dothraki armies and invades westeros during Robert's reign (eg 293 AC). Which houses would support her ? Would she win ?

So long as Viserys was alive, it wouldn't matter if he was older or younger than Daenerys. In either case, he would come ahead of her in the line of succession, because he is a man and she is a woman.

  1. Just about all of the houses will side with her, minus the leaders of the rebellion.  All of the houses want to side with whom will win.  So all of the houses, except the Tullys, Lannisters, Baratheons, and Starks.  I can also believe the stronger bannermen like Bolton and Frey would do the right thing and betray the Starks and the Tullys to side with the Targaryen.  Martells, Tyrells, Greyjoys, Hightowers would support.  Littlefinger would thrown in with the dragons and hope for a sweet reward.
  2. Yes, she would win.  Easily.

If Viserys is as he was and he leads the army their chances are 50-50. If Daenerys leads the army, Reach and Dorne will ally with her plus Freys,Boltons,Darrys,Graftons. Baratheons and Lannisters suffer the fate of Harren. Starks,Tullys and Arryns may be deposed and be replaced by Boltons, Darrys

Hard to say, because so much of their personalities were shaped by their experiences. If Dany was the older one, she might not have the same drive to "reclaim her birthright" that Viserys did, especially since that means she'll be subservient in status to her baby brother.  In OTL, Dany was pretty apathetic towards returning to Westeros until a specific chain of events pushes her that way. If Dany is 20-something, why is she going to go along with a plan to marry Khal Drogo without an older brother forcing her? If not, would Illyrio really give her the dragon eggs?

Gender and order of birth will not matter in her case.  She "woke dragons from stone" and will be seen as the real dragon with the right to rule over all men.

It is very sad because Viserys never got the chance to see Daenerys hatch those dragons in the middle of the Dothraki Sea.  He would have been the first to kneel and swear his service.
