You also have at least some degree of “development” or at least noteworthiness for Bombur (the fat one) Fili and Kili (Thorin’s nephews), Dori (usually carries Bilbo). And i think Oin and Gloin? (Good at getting the fire started - its a while since i read it so don’t recall if it is these two). He had a long life and he will be missed for his scholarly contributions to his father's Middle-Earth legendarium. Not a huge fan of his work but he certainly was devoted to his father. Got Fall of Gondolin for xmas. Not a bad read. Prayers for his friends and family.
