Unfortunately you really only get a badge and a smug sense of superiority, but maybe they'll upgrade the prize to a car or something, I think all that hard work deserves recognition. Didn't seem right to have him bang Thor in Love and Thunder while he was still searching for his true love. But it's the comic character whose bisexual, not the MCU Chris Pratt version. Remember the first GotG movie has a really cringe worthy line about the interior of Star Lord's ship looking like a Pollock painting under blacklight? Probably there’ll be a tepid peck on the check or flirtatious innuendo with another man that Disney will pat itself on the back for and declare job well done (see also Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker). I saw a suggestion in the comments on facebook saying just reimagine the character as a trans-man who is attracted to men. Today during a Zoom call, my ten year old son got dropped off at my office by the bus after he got out of school. He came in while the guy from Nigeria was talking and my son said "He sounds like Black Panther." I was muted. So I dropped a message in the chat box to tell the group. I saw the gal from New Zealand laughing on her screen. In the chat box, the guy from Jamaica responded "Wakanda Forever" and the guy from India said "He can be the new T'challa!"
