Yes. Three reasons:

1. Seven Kingdoms and seven Aegons.

With fAegon as the Sixth. Some parts of ASOIAF seems to be parallels to the last part of the Bible, the Book of Revelation, in which was foretold the end of the world, when the dead will rise from dust, and will appear the false Messiah, the Beast out of the sea, with many heads, one of which was wounded and then healed itself (doesn't it look similar to arrival of Golden Company and fAegon? - Beast with many heads/sculls of GC's past captain-generals. Prince Aegon, who was supposedly killed, when the Mountain smashed his head. And now he is back. One of the heads that healed itself). The Beast's number is three 6s. Current arrival of Golden Company into Westeros is the Sixth Rebellion of Blackfyres. If Aegon is going to be crowned, even temporarely, then he is going to be Aegon the Sixth Targaryen. Somewhere there's one more six.

Jon is a parallel to Jesus, who is the real Messiah, who will come after the arrival of Antichrist/the Beast. So fAegon is the VI and Jon is the VII.

2. Jon's story is similar to the stories of Britain's legendary King Arthur Pendragon, and Lord of the Ring's King Aragorn Ellesar. All three were raised by their relatives, not knowing that they are Princes. All three had fire-swords. All three names are variations of word dragon - [dr]A(e)gon, (Pen)dragon, [d](A)rago(r)n.

3. Rhaegar said:

"Aegon," he said to a woman nursing a newborn babe in a great wooden bed. "What better name for a king?"

"Will you make a song for him?" the woman asked.

"He has a song," the man replied. "He is the prince that was promised, and his is the song of ice and fire." "

The Promised Prince is Aegon, though not Elia's but Lyanna's.

Chances are very high that there has been at least 666 Brandon *starks since long night. Besides I suspect that son of Elia was already dead when possible son of Lyanna was born.

Jon was born approximately 1,5 months after Rhaegar's death, and 1 month after the Sack of King's Landing, when Elia's Aegon was killed. By the time when Lyanna's pregnancy was ending, she already knew about both of those events. Thus, there was no reason for her not to name her son Aegon. Because that's what Rhaegar wanted - to have a son named Aegon, who will be the Promised Prince.

My choices as well though I would make a few minor changes:

Master Of Ships - Quhuru Mo

Lady of the Iron Islands - Asha Greyjoy, although Rodrik Harlaw is another good pick.

Assistant Maester - Samwell Tarly

Ladies In Waiting: Irri, Jhiqi, Gilly, and Penny

People from both continents need to be part of the administration since this is an empire rather than a kingdom built on feudalism.
