Valyrian translation requests

Please, does anyone here have an idea about how to translate into High Valyrian these two names?:-
"He who sends the army back home"

"She who causes the swords not to be drawn"

Or similar. The names should imply "without fighting and without getting people killed". The translations do not need to be made gender-specific.
