Daenerys is Azor Ahai Reborn

Recommended Posts

The story of Azor Ahai is that of somebody who could do what needed to be done.  Daenerys proved that she is that person.  She's a better ruler and leader than Robb Stark, Cersei Lannister, and Jon Snow ever were.  The men could not conquer the desires of their heart and put those in front of their duties.  Daenerys put her preferred lover aside in order to attempt a peace with the people of Meereen.  She deserves to rule.

I agree.  A swordsman is not going to defeat the White Walkers. The kings of old, the ones with glowing swords, failed.  It will take dragons to defeat the White Walkers.

Daenerys and her dragons will reforge the kingdom and bind people of every group to better able to survive through the winter.  Fighting the WW is like fighting nature.  It's better to work on survival.  The sun itself will help push them back to the north when winter gives way to spring. The wights will be burned away at the Trident and ice will retreat.

We all know that Ned being the best father from you was sarcasm, but thanks for confirming to the newbies here!

Jon and Robb got their tickets punched because they were unfit to rule. Robb is in the dirt. Jon will soon become one of the walking dead.

Robb was pretty good in battle but  he was bad at leadership and even worse at ruling.  He and Jon are too fud to rule.  Cersei isn't smart but she has some cunning.  Stannis is too cruel and too petty.  Aegon is too rash and easily tricked.  Daenerys has the best combination of traits to rule an empire.  She has the best qualities of Aegon, Jaeherys, Egg, Shiera, and Visenya in her.  She is getting valuable experience in Essos in addition.

Dany would be my pick to rule Westeros.  I like her too much to wish for her to stay in Slavers' Bay.  That place is full of really evil people but it is a good training ground for a person who will rule.

I am expecting Dany to rule the Dothraki, Qartheen, Ghiscari, and Westerosi as their Empress at the end of the story.

Hoping?

Anyway, why don't you just say Planetos and be done with it?

Spoiler

Though all the multiverses sound better

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Not the Qartheen, Northern Freefolk, Volantene, and the Bravosi. Qarth and Volantis will be governed by the slaves who rebelled against the masters.  Bravos will be her ally but they will self rule.  The Freefolk will get turned to ice by the others.

Actually those cities will be ruled by new masters who were victorious leaders of those rebellions and surviving relatives of old masters will become slaves. But those cities will continue their business as usual.

Cersei is not really a leader.  She marries into power but that is all.  Robb can lead in battle but he is not at competent at ruling.  Jon is the same as Robb.  He may have some leadership abilities but he is not a ruler.  Jon failed at justice when he killed Janos Slynt. He chose poorly when he sent Mance and the wildlings to get Arya.  Daenerys is the one who should rule over Westeros.

The slaves see Dany as the Mother.  They will be loyal to Dany.  Yeah, so they will rule those cities but they will be subordinate to her.

Cleon the Butcher King of Astapor wanted to marry Dany. But I would not consider him of being very loyal to Dany. Or I assume that he would have ignored any orders given to him by her. I suspect that most of new leaders of cities mentioned above would be similar to him that they would nominally respect Dany but in practice they would ignore her and do nothing against their own interests.
