The livestream is on www.eurovision.de or www.ardmediathek.de (click on "live tv"), and they will also broadcast the "Europe Shine a Light" show from the Netherlands there afterwards. But they will only have performances by former Eurovision contestants/winners (which should be good, too), whereas at 8:15 you can see 10 of the actual contestants that would have competed today. Just seemed a bit too John Lundvik-ish, but it seemed to go over well with the international jury we used to help determine results, so who knows.
