My logic re this is a bit wobbly, and its seeming unlikely but I may as well guess, is it Young Griff? I was thinking some of the answers are only true is you accept he is Aegon. Based on question 7, he didn't cross the Narrow Sea, because he was already in Westeros during the timeline of the books. And based on question 15, technically, while someone else doesn't become him, he does become someone else (The Alchemist and Pate, later on.) I am trying to find the place where he is from, but him both not being from Westeros and theoretically being from Westeros does really complicate things. I mean, it would make sense if he were from North of the Wall, because it is theoretically on the continent, but most people don't count it among the civilised areas of Westeros. But we know he is not a wildling, so there goes that. Unless it would be Mance Rayder, who is actually from Westeros but joined the wildlings by deserting; but he doesn't fit other criteria (we have no even theoretical information of him sailing the Narrow Sea, and Varamyr became him). So, geographically: not from NotW, not from the North. Also, um ... the only thing I could imagine is hime being from one of the islands off the shore of Westeros. Because then he is not really from Westeros, but it actually counts under Westeros politically and theoretically and what have you. It would also fit that if the island is on the eastern side of Westeros, then that person has probably sailed in a ship at some point, but never actually crossed the Narrow Sea.
