Gaston de Foix
Welcome to this thread wherein I will be live-blogging Back to the Future I. All I know about the movie is that Mack McLarty travels back in time and romances his mother (yuck!). Also Is this the movie from whence references to DeLoreans come from? I'll find out! Starting at 7.45 AM EST (35 min from now).

Gaston de Foix
Apparently dance was big in high school in the 80s. Also Strickland's really bullying McFly. Making a strong impact for second place spot for worst headteacher ever after Agatha Trunchbull.
Gaston de Foix
Ah it's a battle of the bands competition. Also there's something lovely about seeing a teen actor without artificially shaped eyebrows (Jennifer Parker).
Gaston de Foix
If this is a kid-friendly movie why is there a casual backdrop of Cupid's adult books, films and magazines? Although it does represent the reality of some places in the US (Harry Reid's stories of growing up in Searchlight)

Gaston de Foix
The mother casually swigging vodka post dinner. Also I'm pretty sure we're going to see the time travel paradox in this movie with all this set up about the grandfather hitting dad with the car.
