I think he’d flee to the Vale and make Lysa protect him in the Eyrie. This could spark a war between The Iron Throne and the Vale, the Vale possibly teaming up with the Blackfish and the remaining Riverlords (who declared for Tommen in AFFC). Sansa would not be killed. Nowhere can you allow a kingslayer to live. That is why allowing Jaime to live after he killed Aerys was a taint on the whole kingdom. Sansa's political value is not going to matter. She is a kingslayer and tainted as such. It will not be an easy death for either of them. Cersei will torture them without mercy until they die.
