RumHam Posted September 27, 2020 Share Posted September 27, 2020 I'm a fan of the games, but the plots have been pretty terrible/insanely over the top since RE4. I found the storytelling a lot more effective in the early games where you were mostly reading text logs instead of watching cinematic cut scenes. I hope this is it's own thing and not part of the games crazy canon. I'll give this a chance but I'm not sure it'll be scary when it's not up to me to keep the characters alive.
