There is no crime for Jon to have intimate relations with Arya. The time span will allow for Arya to mature. What's a few years in a novel that covers time measured in thousands of years. That wasn't my point tho, the OP said that he would go North of the Wall to be with Arya, I said that it is the worst place in the world he could go to practice incest. As it is. Also, Jon didn't violate any rule or oath. And even if he did, he was clearly doing the good thing. As Jaimie shows, sometimes oaths prevent you from doing the right thing.
