How much gold and how long would it take for a middle to large size stone castle to be built in westeros and How much would it cost since it has to be strong enough to hold out in a siege lets say in the riverlands where it's known to be a lot of fighting

The images you've shown are nowhere near how big the castles/keeps are of the Lord Paramounts and a few greater Lords (Especially on the Reach, Westerlands and the Riverlands).

Castles usually do not get built from 0 to 10 directly. They always andvance, as time passes, in the case of most castles.

But let's see: Having no problems with the financial part, in a normal tempo, I doubt it would take more than 3 years of summer. That would be the case if there were no financial problems. But again, this is not how castles are built, usually.

For example: House Ashford is a major vassal of the Tyrells. It would make no problem for them to build such a castle in 3-5 years. Considering that they might rely on their own resources too, nor would the financials be a too big of a problem. This would go for houses Blackwood, Vance, Crakehall, etc...

Then again, castles usually are not built the way the Red Keep was (Building up everything straight from 0 to 100), because that was an exceptional case.
