Issues with consumer right

So, I preordered a video game from backerkit, and if some of promised stuff wasn't delivered, like file of beta state of game over steam key of beta, or if I were to receive file of full game promised to be steam key, but not steam key, do I have a legal case and where can I ask for more info? Is there anything to do besides going to court?

I live in EU, Croatia.

Looks like Backerkit is a crowdfunding platform. So you didn't order the game but presumably helped to fund its development. I have zero experience with crowdsourcing but my understanding is that it's always a bet on the project's success (and the honesty of the guys running it) without any guaranty whatsoever.

Here is what Kickstarter, another crowdfunding platform, says on refunds:

Kickstarter is not a store and we do not issue refunds. When you back a project, you’re supporting a creator’s right to try to make something new—and agreeing to go along for the ride. For more information, please read our Terms of Use.

ETA: After a second look at Backerkit's web site, it looks like they aren't even a crowdfunding platform but merely offer to manage a "creator's" Kickstarter project:
