Targaryeninkingslanding
In the ASOIAF novella, The Mystery Knight, a dragon egg is stolen from the tournament at Whitewalls. It is implied that BloodRaven hired Dwarves to climb up a privy and steal the egg. The Egg is described as being Blood red in color with gold flecks and dark spirals. The story also explains that while all true born Targs get an egg when they are born, BloodRaven was a bastard so he did not. (this is explicitly stated) I think the implication here is that Bloodraven took the egg for his own, but to unknown ends. Its possible the the egg was one of Seven used at Summerhall, but by no means definite. BloodRaven had gone to the wall and even supposedly died by then. Does BloodRaven have the egg still? and what are his plans for it? Will we get a blood dragon? Now that Magic and Dragons have returned, it seems unlikely that Dany's will be the only Dragons to hatch ever. Maybe this is were we will get the Ice Dragon for the Others... Frey family reunion
It seems doubtful that Bloodraven would have kept it for himself. After all Bloodraven was acting as Hand of the King when he took down this particular Blackfyre conspiracy. So presumably the egg was returned to the King, for him to gift to whoever he saw fit.
