What Targaryen loyalist houses house's were punished after Robert became King in some form such as losing land or castles?

The Goodbrooks's lands were razed by Hoster Tully after the rebellion, and then they got their own back by taking part in the Red Wedding.

The house that lost the most after the rebellion was House Darry, that we are told that lost "half their lands, most their wealth and almost all their power" (and, perhaps, their noble status, although that's unclear). As far as I know, this is the only house that we know of that was actively punished for being loyalist.

There's also House Connington being reduced to knightly status, but since Aerys had taken them all their lands and tiltes, they actually improved their position with the Baratheon rule.

The text suggests Hoster sacked Lord Goodbrook's lands during the war.

"When Riverrun declared for Robert, Goodbrook stayed loyal to the king, so Lord Tully came down on him with fire and sword. After the Trident, Goodbrook's son made his peace with Robert and Lord Hoster, but that didn't help the dead none."

There was also House Merryweather of Longtable. Robert restored Longtable and its lands and titles to them after the war but he also emptied their treasury. Even fifteen years later they still haven't recovered either their wealth or their status. Lord Orton is nowhere near as rich or powerful as his grandfather was.

I mean by the end of the war he had the north the riverlands and the vale on his side. The wastelands proved their loyalty last minute and married the new king. the reach and dorne bent the knee and the realm didn't need the struggle of fighting them, so it probably ended without punishment for them.

That largely just leaved disloyal stormlanders and crown landers for Robert to "punish," and he for the most-part seemed forgiving to all except Targs. for most other houses it was probably better for his won rule to just make a lasting peace and not appear immediately tyrannical as to inspire another rebellion.
