Did Hellgate Hall become Hellholt? Starfell? Hellholt - A Wiki of Ice and Fire (westeros.org) I would have guess that High Hermitage might be the new name for Hellgate. In "Sir Gawain and the Green Knight", the Green Knight's name was Bertilak de Hautdesert. But it might be too far from The Brimstone Hautdesert has been translated as High Hermitage or High Wasteland. And some interpretations place the Green Knight as the devil.
