Rippounet
Yes, great overall season. Really didn't like the first three, but after the fantastic "That's Amorte," it was mostly a succession of strong episodes. Despite That's Amorte (that really explored some disturbing perspectives on consumerism) I find the tone to be a wee bit lighter. I feel they toned down the nihilism and existential angst, and even hinted at some form of... I dunno, acceptance? Serenity? The Smith family felt more united, and Rick more... eh, human. Or perhaps that's what I expected with Roiland out, I dunno, it's hard to pinpoint.

Old Rick and Morty was the college kid with no responsibilities, now they are on their second job and have learned a lot about themselves so to speak. I'm also going to use this place to give more love to the Pope. Loved Mort: Ragnarick the most of all the episodes this season. Deadlines? What Deadlines?
