I re-watch it often. Half counts, but still would want him in a film directed by Tarantino. 1 hour ago, WarGalley said: Edit: I’ve seen True Romance, as a whole, twice and it’s been a few years but my reaction is generally “I can’t believe Tarantino didn’t direct this.” I can, admittedly. It has a very different visual style than Tarantino's films, for the most part.
DireWolfSpirit
Thank you guys for so many great picks, it's fun for me to imagine most of them as well. Billy Bob Thornton and Benicio del Torro are easy to imagine on a QT screen. Also Chastain and Chalamet.
Nictarion
I’m rewatching 3:10 to Yuma (2007) and it occurred to me that Ben Foster would totally be great in a Tarantino film.
TheLastWolf
So rewatched Death Proof, it was better for me in the Grindhouse double feature. Only Jackie Brown left for a satisfying final rewatch. But you never know about the final part.

Death Proof is the only Tarantino film I've never completely watched. Thought Planet Terror was great though.

A Horse Named Stranger
Are we in the prediction phase for the final QT movie yet? I say he is gonna make a Rom-Com with Samuel L Jackson as the male lead.
Tywin et al.
I still don't believe it will be his last film. People that creative don't just stop making art. That said, since he expressed interest in Star Trek, I'd love for him to make a space/alien movie.

I tend to agree, but I think it will be one of his last, and essentially mark his retirement. He's getting old, he has a new(ish) wife and two very young children, he lives in Israel, and he's already moved on to books and even launching a podcast. Yeah, I view it more as he's going to take a break and see where he's at in five years or so when the kids are a bit older. I can't imagine a podcast will fill the void left from being one of the best directors of all time though, especially when it's centered around his love of movies and what inspired him to want to be a writer/director. Have you checked out the pod? If so is it any good?
