What does Moonboy do in his free time?

Falcon2909

Recommended Posts

He's mentally handicapped yet witty. After entertaining the king and his court, what does he do? Does he go to an inn/winesink to have a drink? Does he hang out with his mates? What do they all do for fun? Does he get paid for his work? What does he spend his salary on? Does he have a girlfriend?etc

Same question goes for Patchface and butterbumps

We are assuming Moon Boy has any free time. I think he has to make himself available whenever and where ever the king needs entertainment. The books failed to mention the jester's quarters attached to the king's rooms. In fact this is one reason he couldn't have slept around with Cersei, he has absolutely no free time. It's eat, sleep and entertain. He puts all his salary in a 401k, hoping he'll have free time if and when he retires.

Free time?
Between telepathically manipulating a castle of humans and communicating his Machiavellian schemes to a legion of minions in his world empire, And training  a global network of child assassins, not to mention influencing continents of cities with a Pavlov-ic dog response to his bells…You think he has free TIME?!
The seven kingdoms do not run themselves!

Ding! Dong! Dance! :)

He plays to a tough audience.  The little man is overworked, underpaid, and under appreciated.  A guy like that will turn to the bottle for comfort and hire the occasional lady for a fun tumble.  He's Tyrion minus Dad's big checking account.

Is it known that he's simple-minded?  He sings, tumbles, and does magic tricks; that seems to call for some wits.

I think, in his free time, he's working on a book.  "Mushroom" is the foreshadowing.

We're in dire need of a new book about Moon Boy which describes, among other things, what he does in his spare time.

Don't give George any ideas, or he'll spend 10 years working on that book instead of Winds.
