UK Politics: Cost of Living Crisis

Take away lesson from today, just don't Google "a good, strong ploughing" at work...

And then watch the video for 13 minutes

With the sound on

And then repeat the "mistake"
(I've no idea how long he watched, or if his sound was on)

Neil Parish has fallen on his, ahem, sword.

Apparently the first time he watched porn, he had been googling tractors (?)

The second time had been a moment of madness. Who among us hasn’t looked up porn while in the House of Commons, surrounded by colleagues?
The cleaners in Parliament must be underpaid, having to clean up all the jizz and drugs from the gents toilets.

Hmm, he's not though. You don't really understand.

You really don’t understand. It’s about protecting millionaires from taxation.

The ‘point’ of Brexit (apart from placating imperial fantasists and racists) was to ‘take back control’ of our borders.

Except JRM has admitted we can’t monitor what comes in, so we’ve essentially surrendered control.

You are literally just spouting words cos they sound nice to you . It’s not really based on anything is it.

JRMs point is that he doesn’t want to add checks, that’s been the Brexit position the whole time, that the UK doesn’t see the need to add extra custom checks, it’s the EU that insists on them.

WTO, ever heard of it? No, didn't think so.

It’s quite incredible, and almost scary why he would do this. Maybe the first time was a genuine mistake, but that would put the fear of god into you that you might get caught watching naughty material at work.. that would you intentionally do it again is beyond belief. Though you suspect he probably did it continuously, but only admitted the times he got caught. Guy must have a compulsive need to watch it or something

Fabricunt has, an ice age later, apologised for suggesting that doctors and nurses, as a matter of routine, hit the bevvy after a shift, while still at work.

Is it just me, or is he really just Boris Johnson cosplaying as Cloud Strife from Final Fantasy VII?

I have. Can you direct me to the rule you are referring to?

For starters.

And the EU being insistent on Britain not being some shitty backdoor to the single Market, that has always been loud clearly communicated. So the EU side has their custom arrangements in place to protect the single market. Britain opted for a relatively hard Brexit without a customs union. Custom checks are the logical consequence.

Can you for once stop being a disingenious little [fill in expletive of your choice here] and own up the consequences of your and your fellow dipshit Brexiter decissions? I mean, I find it tiresome when that Johnson goverment is hiding behind claims of stupidity.

You're so fucking prude:

Quote
Still or moving images of farm machinery, often viewed in an obsessively-voyeuristic manner. Tractor porn is often associated with the chronic inability to achieve any set task or other meaningful productive output in one's work day.

Tractor porn (or TP) can be broken into different categories. Eg. Large Horsepower, Tractor Pulls, Combine Harvesters, Dump Trucks, Balers, Power Sprayers, Furrow Ploughs, Nut Harvesters, Thrashing Machines, Farm Tools (horse whips etc), PTO Shafts and Small Equipment etc.

In recent years, a global movement has been gaining momentum in the voyeurism of images of improvised mechanical "repairs".
That TPS report didn't get done because C.W. was downloading Tractor Porn all afternoon.

I couldn't get any work done because Mr. Corn wouldn't stop talking about the Tractor Porn he consumed whilst looking for useless "bargains" in the clearing sale listings.

He must be a Tractor Porn addict because the way he repaired that connection with cheap packing tape was reminiscent of how a farmer would repair his baler using nothing but twine.

Have we found Hereward’s secret identity? Or given our Hereward is far more erudite and knowledgable, are we now finding out about a national posse of tractor porn enthusiasts? Massey Ferguson or John Deere?

As an observer though, by far the most irritating was the argument that Parish needed an inquiry to see if he was watching porn. As Derfal noted, very similar argument to needing an inquiry to know if you’d been at a party.

Right so you agree it’s the EU who insisted on the checks. Otherwise what is your point?

That it was ever going to be thus and if you or other Brexiteers thought differently you were living in the Boris Johnson land of Everything Will Work Out For Me For Reasons Unknown.

I mean ... if the end result here is a surprise to you, it does speak volumes indeed.

All of you questioning the miracles of Brexit are so naive. Really, completely uninformed and simply forcing your agenda of pointing out the lies from a consistently mendacious government and Referendum campaign (FYI - partially financed by a member of the UN Security Council, Russia).

I, independent voice of reason, stand in contrast to you fools by thoughtfully, sagely defending and regurgitating the justifications and arguments of these liars. You sheeple are just angry at the corrupt and dishonest criminals in our government and refuse to give them an honest chance.

This is only personal and anecdotal, it isn't actually proof, but out of my own personal experience I would say it is impossible to accidentally surf into a porn site while net surfing -- UNLESS one has already done tons of searches online for porn sites and visited them often, even if they aren't bookmarked on your personal device.  So frequently visited porn sites are cached and the browser auto-completes, and there you are, watching naked tractors* squirming while oil is spurting all over them in the greatest plowing shots ever.

I have never once watched porn myself, or looked for it, online.  Ever.  I surf and google all the time and have for years and years and year.  It's my job to a great degree.  NEVER ONCE HAVE I TURNED UP A PORN SITE.  Not once.

* Having grown up on a farm I know a great deal about tractor behavior.

In the meantime this food situation is only getting worse, and will continue to worsen.

Governments Tighten Grip on Global Food Stocks, Sending Prices Higher
Dozens of countries have thrown up trade barriers in the past two months to protect scarce supplies of food and commodities, but experts say the policies will only exacerbate a global food crisis.
