A wilding
Agreed. Jack Munroe is an example of such a young person, and don't the Tories hate her.

Derfel Cadarn
The Dartford Tories had a buffet. At the opening of a foodbank.
The Anti-Targ
Why are Tories opening foodbanks? Surely they should be closing them because the only reason to have them is laziness in budgeting and laziness should not be rewarded with free handouts. Don’t think they’re actually setting them up or paying for the food supplied. Just turned up, cut the ribbon and scoffed the buffet.

Spockydog
According to the Mekon, throwing all these junior aides under the bus over Partygate will not end well for the government. And I suspect the Sue Gray stuff is going to be wild.

A Horse Named Stranger
Glad his eyesight returned to well enough to go on his random twitter rants. So Cummings (of all people) going off about Johnson breaking lockdown rules is one of those absurd twists. It's almost like Patel decrying systemic racism and bullying. But that's the modern day Tory party, you voted for shit , and they deliver shit. And yes, shout out to momentum, who blessed the world with Jeremy but I won the debate Corbyn, who couldn't beat that shower of shits.

Zorral
How in the world could such a thing happen? we wonder. NHS England waiting list reaches another record high in March Total of 6.4 million people awaiting treatment, as service says more people are coming forward for care https://www.theguardian.com/society/2022/may/12/nhs-england-waiting-list-another-record-high-march Doubtless, though, such a thing does not, is not happening, anymore than food shortages are happening, or keeping the lights on is too expensive for those who don't party during covid lock downs, right? Amirite?
Spockydog
He thinks he's going to get away with this. Yeah, sure, Bozo. Pretty sure all those MPs who threatened your ass with rebellion over this issue will have completely changed their minds in light of your dazzling performance in last week's elections. Hmmm.... Government refuses to release Lebedev peerage details despite MPs’ instruction Quote The government has declined a Commons instruction to release information about the decision to make Evgeny Lebedev a peer, saying this would undermine the confidentiality of those nominated and could degenerate into “political point-scoring”. Labour called the decision “a cover-up”, and promised more action over what it called a contempt of parliament. The announcement said information had instead been provided to parliament’s intelligence and security committee (ISC). This prompted an immediate rebuff from the ISC, which said its request for details about Lebedev was separate and should have remained classified. In March, a so-called humble address motion tabled by Labour was passed by the Commons amid a threatened Tory rebellion, directing ministers to release information about the elevation of the Russian-born businessman and son of a former KGB officer. Spockydog
They are out of control: UK should not fear EU trade war, says Frost as he backs ripping up protocol Quote The former Brexit minister David Frost has said the UK should not fear a trade war with the EU. In a provocative newspaper column, he said the UK “cannot be defeated” by Brussels and needed to “make sure it is ready” for the consequences of a unilateral move to scrap parts of the Northern Ireland protocol.
