GRRM made a point showing us her interaction with the wolf. Beside Jon she seems to be the only person who really gets along with Ghost there. So if Mel‘s mind inhabits Jon‘s body no one would note a difference in the animal’s behaviour. But. If Mel as Jon makes krass changes about his persona, say accepting Stannis‘ offers and marring Val, then Jon‘s ghost would rebel. On the outside then the wolf would suddenly turn against Jon and be killed by him. When it’s truly Melisandre surpassing Jon as a hero for good by destroying his mind’s save space Ghost. If Davos manages to bring Rickon back before Sansa is instated as da Queen in da Norf or Lady of Winter, Shagga dog is also a possibility so Sansa can take these titles(World of Ice and Fire foreshadowing). I definitely agree with what you say but apart from that: Shagga, son of Dolf(reminds wolf), member of the Stone Crows(Crow, a derogatory name for NW members which two "wolves", Jon and Benjen are part of).
