Football. Sweden then (probably) France, a Waterloo double?

With TS, there's also the matter that if Brazil wins the World Cup, he might just check out mentally, having achieved everything he wanted; if he loses, he might just be a wreck depending on how it goes (should be noticed he's not that popular in Brazil- having a breakdown during the penalty dispute with Chile in 2014, then taking a stupid yellow against Colombia, meaning he lost the SF against Germany, and we all know how that went, means a lot of people are still angry at him 8 years later and don't want him in the team at all).

That's weird isn't it?

A little odd but with Martial injured and Ronaldo, you know, Ronaldo there’s not a lot of great options up front. Playing with a false nine doesn’t feel that outside the box anymore.

Anyway, Brighton in front. They’ve been getting on top but the question with Brighton is always whether they can actually convert that into goals.

Ten Hag's got a tough job on his hands but he's not making it easier on himself by playing Eriksen as a false 9.

Maybe Ronaldo comes on and turns it around, which will be good for the club in the short-term but not in the long-term IMO as it means everyone hails him as the messiah again when he's one of the main problems.

Heh, stonewall penalty ignored by the VAR. What is the point in having it again?

VAR also ignored a clear foul on Henderson that created the turnover for Fulham’s first goal yesterday.  It still has the problem that it tries to avoid making the ref look bad, instead of being embraced as a positive tool because no referee can expect to see everything perfectly.  Rugby does VAR much better.
