polishgenius
I've not been able to concentrate on the game fully because, well, stuff came up, but some real nice football from us in the first half. Leicester aren't the most resistant opposition, but the Ten Hag coaching is definitely having an effect. Bit of a drop so far in the second, which has been a concern for us for ages, but maintaining control still. Bruno has, at least in this game, re-found his mojo in terms of taking up space in really nice pockets to play through-passes on, and trusting his team to find him there, rather than charging around everwhere to try to dominate the whole game himself, so that's a promising sign. Daemon the Leaner
pretty much like the Southampton game. Very good in 1st half, panic in 2nd. After Ronaldo wasted that chance at 90 + something, I thought we were definitely going to concede the equalizer. It's probably going to take a couple months before we're able to play the Ten Hag style for 90. When Ole took over, we did start to play a different football that prior to his arrival, but we could play at high tempo only for 30' or 40' per game. So, nothing worrying there so long as we can make this spell of high tempo longer and longer every game.
