Moiraine Sedai
On 9/14/2022 at 5:42 PM, Corvo the Crow said: Davos and his co-conspirators. Davos is, after his knighthood, quite chivalric. He protects the innocent and defends the weak. He spoke up to save the people of Claw Isle, took action to smuggle Edric Storm. It took five loyal men(Andrew Estermont, . Gerald Gower, Triston of Tally Hill, Lewys the Fishwife, and Omer Blackberry) to escort Edric Storm just as it took Willem Darry and four loyal men. Five is the number you need for kidnapping kids I guess. Davos and his boys are commendable, but I think Ser Willem is better. He stayed with Princess Daenerys and King Viserys III until the end of his life. He cared for and genuinely loved the little Princess. That elevates his status above Davos in my eyes. Ser Duncan of Flea Bottom
I don't believe there's only one knight that achieved that, there are many: Ser Arthur Dayne, Ser Gerold Hightower, Ser Oswell Whent, Ser Barristan Selmy, Prince Aemon the Dragonknight, Ser Duncan the Tall and I dare say Brienne of Tarth. There are probably others that I am not remembering right now.

Ser Duncan of Flea Bottom
14 hours ago, Corvo the Crow said: Of all those names, only Brienne. Perhaps Duncan also if you ignore the fact he blatantly lied about his knighthood. True knights are those who stay true to their vows, we can say the three knights who were at the Tower of Joy fulfilled their duties, they never fled, they died being White Cloaks. Ser Barristan is also honourable and he was dimissed from the Kingsguard, so I don't see him smudging his honour because of that. Prince Aemon was also considered one of the greatest knights in existence. Even though Dunk may have lied about being a knight, he still acted like a true knight, he defended the weak. Eternally_Theirs
Jaime Lannister. He did what others could not. His actions are the real chivalry. He saved Rhaella from her husband and saved all of the people in King's Landing from death. Now which of the knights you've mentioned would be able to do either of those things? The thought wouldn't even cross his simple but honest mind, none of Jaime's theatrics in the throne room, a neat end soon after he learns of the wildfire plot or if some extra brains to help him, a bloodless end too. Off topic, but there is a theory that Hodor is Dunk's son.

I suggest going through @Megorova's works. Hodor isn't actually a son but descendent, one of many. Pretty Meris, Brienne, Cleganes, Hodor etc
