The stone beast taking flight and breathing shadow fire is either Aegon with greyscale or Jon Snow. Shadow fire is Blackfyre. Aegon is a Blackfyre.
 

It is the mix of light and dark, between life and death, in Jon’s case. Snow, the wild primal side of the wolf and the black of the night’s watch. He will be misrepresented as a claimant to the iron throne.

Aegon is the cloth dragon.  The third fake is Jon.  We think his mind will find a new home in Ghost.  But that will not be an option if Marsh and the men kill the wolf.  Jon's mind would find another beast.  The Others could bring their own flying friend.  A wyvern or it could be a flying gargoyle.  They might mistakenly transfer Jon's mind to one such creature when they resurrect his body.

I think it is most likely Euron, based on the prophecy / talk from him of leaping oneself from a tall tower, and the fact that he is near the Hightower in Oldtown at the moment in the books.

Yes, stone beast and greyscale fit together. But I have my bet on Euron for shadow fire. Beside, "a great stone beast took wing, breathing shadow fire", is a dragon. Unless fAegon can get a dragon, or someway animate the stone dragons from Dragnonstone, it's not him.

The stone beast is another zombie creature.  Bran saw a vision of a giant wearing stone armor.  We know this to be Gregor Clegane zombified into Robert Strong after his death.  The giant is full of thick, black blood.  Qyburn used dark magic to bring him back to life.  The giant is powered by dark magic.  Jon is the future stone beast.  He will be filled with black fire because Mellisandre will use dark magic to turn him into a zombie.  The visions are symbols based on what the seer can understand.  Bran being a Stark will eventually know what black blood means.  Black blood is dark magic.  Dany is a Targaryen and she will figure out that the black fire spewing from the stone beast is the black magic powering Jon.  Mellisandre is a shadow binder and this black fire comes from the shadow magic of Asshai.  Shadow will power Jon Snow.  Jon's trump card is Ghost.  He will not lose himself like Gregor.  His will and his consciousness will be safely inside Ghost.  

Understand what the vision is.  It is about pretenders who are unwillingly taking Dany's place.  It's not the fault of Stannis.  He is being manipulated.  We can't blame Rhaegar for believing himself the prince who was promised. It was an honest mistake. Nor can we blame Aegon for believing he is the heir to King Aerys II.  He only knows what he was told.  Stannis, Aegon, and Jon in succession will believe they are Azor Ahai.  Dany's existence will prove them wrong.

If I recall, Jon has gray eyes. The color of Stan’s eyes are highlighted in the vision. Stone is gray, so that is a clue pointing to Jon.

The order of the revelations is important to understand the meaning.  Stannis matches the blue-eyed king without a shadow.  The second is the cloth dragon on poles, Aegon.  The third has to be Jon Snow.  The sword and Stannis go together.  False dragon and Aegon.  The Wall and Jon are together.  A man without a shadow is not real. A prop dragon is not the real thing.  And a shadow fire is not really fire.

The black blood and the black fire are the keys.  Stannis, Aegon, and Jon.  Jon is the beast.  The blood of the dead is corrupted.  Blackened blood.  Jon is black in many other ways.  He's a black brother so there is that symbolic connection.  He wears the black.  He took the black.  He will die from his injuries and he will come back.  But nobody comes back whole.  There are always permanent damage.  His will be physical and probably mental too.

I really don't think the stone beast is a person unless it's Euron. I think it is metaphorical. About greyscale or something.
