Looks like Trumpanista candidate JR Majewski is in a bit of a pickle over “stolen valor” accusations.  He claims he served in combat in Afghanistan but none of his DoD records reflect a deployment to Afghanistan (he did load and unload plains while in the US Air Force in Qatar) he now claims there is no record of his time in Afghanistan because his service there was “classified”… and he’s talking about it publicly:

It's still unknown if prosecutors want to use the information for possible cases against Trump or others....

Herschmann received a grand jury subpoena for testimony and documents related to January 6 weeks ago. But he was irked before his court date by what he saw as vague guidance from Trump lawyers not to share information, people briefed on the matter say.

Herschmann pushed Trump lawyers to provide him with more detailed instructions for which topics to assert privilege over, according to emails reviewed by CNN and first reported by The New York Times.

Yeah, in all my years of Federal  service, including running a communications branch, I've never heard the term "Government Speech." 

On a side note, if I can ask DMC or others, what is it about Florida that makes these kind of overtures into an electoral majority?  I remember an AAR from 538 that in the 2016 election, while the lost Midwestern states were basically a botched opportunity for the Democrats, Florida was drinking the Koolaid by the pitcher.  The state has large city centers and is ethnically diverse, things that typically lead to a more liberal outlook, yet here we are.  I wouldn't think that the panhandle and other rural districts are rapidly gaining population, and I was under the impression that the more staunch Bay of Pig era Cuban population was being overcome by the more liberal second and third generations. Is it a consequence of the retirement community continuing to grow? I understand how most States in the US are voting the way they are, but Florida I just dont comprehend how we went from a few hundred votes difference in 2000 to where we are now.

Well, part of it is definitely the GOP's success in employing propaganda about "socialism" to incoming hispanics.  That's measurably worked very well for them in the southern regions of Florida and Texas.  But that sounds horribly paternalistic, at least from a white man, and it's not the primary issue.  It's...maybe that retirement community aging and consequently going hard right? 

Because you're right, I don't get it otherwise.  I've never been a fan of "demographics as destiny," but when it comes to Florida it empirically is..off.  Which is, well, at this point I've simply written it off.

On behalf of the equine community, I object to the chopping up part. Quartering is the way to go. I think your equine faced cousins from that Island west to Europe used that as punishment for treason in more civilized times. You can easily find four capable and willing horses to aid you in the procedure.

But as you should've realized by now, there's no justice to be head, thus he will face no criminal consequences. The best you can hope for are the civil cases. Shout out to AG James in New York, who is displaying an almost horse like impeccable sense of justice.
