Football: Has Haaland scored yet?

Didn't expect us to control possession as much as we did. The same old problem still plagues us – we really struggle to create when we are the ones dominating possession. A draw is a fair and decent enough result considering we were playing with 10 men for 70 minutes due to Ronaldo being a useless lump up front whose movement, pressing, hold up and link up play is non-existent – a traffic cone on the pitch would've caused Newcastle's defence more trouble.

Had the nerve to complain when he came off too.

The ref's right to call off the penalty, but it should stay a red. The serious foul play of kicking out at him doesn't change just coz Bamford fouled him first. Unless he just decided the kick was too shit to deserve a red.

Think it was the latter. He barely touched him.

Deserved nothing that second half, think we got very lucky Leeds had zero composure in the penalty box.

Gabriel has a mistake in him, imo. He does something iffy very often. Some of it could be that he has legit played every single game this season, except for earlier this week.

Gomez hasn’t had a great start to this season, along with most of the rest of Liverpool’s players, but he’s probably one of the few centre backs in the Premier League who’s not drastically slower than Haaland. I guess we’ll find out if it helps.

Outside of that moment, Gabriel was great. Had a really good game. Leeds were great, deserved something from that game.

Yeah, it's possible I'm being harsh on Gabriel. Arseblog put up a post about him having a bunch of interceptions and clearances and him being left footed does help. He's generally solid, but I think he does have iffy moments every other game.
