On first pass pausing here. I read meet as meat trying to parse your sarcasm, if I'm reading it right. Shall continue reading.

We'll come up with they 'whys' of the thing after we're done. Because the 'why' is because we can.

An interesting component of the idea is that the material plane we're accustomed to could very well be operating, and co-operating procedurally in a sense even if unpredictable on a way out macro. Which is also fascinating to entertain.
