We're daenerys and viserys really thrown out of the red door house by servants?

It makes zero sense. Braavos, presumably, is a Republic(oligarchic or otherwise) with rule of law. I find it hard to believe that viserys did not just scream for them to lose their heads, or at least hands. Even if the house was not explicitly bought in his name, you would think that the servants would be kinda low in the inheritance queue

Rent must be paid.  Or taxes if Ser Willem bought the house.  Either way, the cash must flow or out in the world you go.

These Targaryens were presumably under the protection of the sea lord. Why would be let the servants steal their stuff and throw them out?

Maybe early.when they fled the prospect of them becomming used to take westeros throne was still realistic...over time as it became obvious that wasnt happening they lost all value and thus no one cared anymore

Not necessarily. There was one sympathetic Sealord who welcomed them to Braavos and acted as a witness in the secret treaty with Dorne, but another one may have been ruling when Viserys and Dany were expelled from his house.
