Worst Dutch team i've seen I think. Belgium and Croatia are in the past. Poland always does the same at major tournaments (nothing). The Danes and Swiss will probably look better against stronger teams because they can rely on their defense. Portugal may have potential though. And Serbia could do much better against their other opponents. I agree about the Dutch but I find it strange considering that they had a highly successful qualification campaign and have generally done really well in the Nations League games. Corvinus85
So France is not suffering from the champion's curse. Though maybe I'm speaking too soon. Denmark was a much tougher nut to crack, but cracked it they did in the end.
3CityApache
And they're actually the first team to qualify to the second round, it I'm not mistaken?
Soylent Brown
The only thing of a high standard in this match so far is the injury-faking. 3CityApache and Corvinus85 1

Corvinus85
Damn, Martinez has some hands. Most keepers would have simply parried that.

They're painfully bad at getting the ball up the field to the guys who can make a difference.

Me too, specially considering we won the previous three times Argentina left in the first round (1958, 1962 and 2002). Argentina leaving early or not going at all (as in 1970) is one of our good luck charms- the other is playing England

Losing two Copa Americas to Chile then eliminating Argentina in the WC first round? Yeah, he'd be the bane of Argentinian football for sure. lacuna
