How do you imagine Daenerys and Tyrion's first meeting ? What will be their relation ?

It's inevitable that Tyrion and Daenerys meet during The Winds of Winter, with Tyrion having joined the Second Sons and convinced them to re-join Daenerys' cause while Daenerys is surely going to return from the Dothraki Sea sooner or later. 

How do you imagine the first meeting and interactions between these two ? How do you imagine Daenerys' reaction upon meeting Tyrion ? What words and arguments Tyrion will use upon meeting Daenerys and trying to convince her to spare him and let him join her as a political advisor ? 

And what relation do you imagine there will be between the two ? How much like/dislike and respect (begrudging or not) will there be between Tyrion and Dany ? How much of a positive or negative influence will Tyrion be on Daenerys, and reciprocally ?

Poorly at first. Dany is pretty dumb and childish, at least by my book, and she will give undue weight to Tyrion's ugly look and his lineage. Then he would somehow unlace the Knot and win her favour

Reasonably suspicious.  Daenerys is a very intelligent young woman with power and authority.  Tyrion is a stranger who comes from the Lannister family.  She will rightly be suspicious.  Tyrion will recognize a true leader and he will grow to admire Daenerys.  He will gradually step out of his shell and forget about his own personal misery and devote himself to an honorable cause, a cause greater than himself, and he will help Daenerys.

Dany is a mass murdering lunatic who can't predict the outcome of her actions. The only thing that makes her better than her secret aunt Cersei is that at least she cares about the misery her actions causes  to people.

I dunno, he and Ben Plumm might snag Viserion and bolt before Dany gets back to the city in which case their eventual first meeting could potentially be rather confrontational.

Shel.be very hostile esp as hes with brown ben plum..but  the fact hes the legit heir to casterly rock will spsre his head and then slowly his wit and intellegent observations will help  win her over to  seeing him as a valuable ally

 

bottom line she wants to rule and is horrible at it whereas he never wanted to rule and excelled at it= hes perfect hand material

Tyrion is already on Dany’s side. He has his own sellsword company in his pocket and that is his value to Dany. But really, Tyrion himself has little value other than some inside information on the Lannisters. Dany is the most capable of the leaders we have seen. She is more able compared to Robert, Jon Snow, Cersei, Ned, and Stannis. Tyrion will immediately realize this and hopefully assist in whatever way he can.

Tyrion was at Daznak's Pit and saw the miracle happen.  He made up his mind to support her.  Dany is not going to hold Jaime's crime against Tyrion.  He was too young to have taken part in Robert's rebellion.
