How was Viserys bad before Aerys’ death. We know NOTHING about Viserys as a kid? All we know is that his mother Rhaella was abused, his father mad and his older brother lived on Dragonstone with his family. We know nothing about Viserys as a kid. 
 

But we do know how Joffrey was cutting open cars and terrorizing his brother and sister maybe.

So Viserys did all this when he was a kid? Because you tried to make an argument that Viserys as a kid was worse than Joffery. And yes we know absolutely nothing about Viserys’ personality as a 8yr old prince at Kings Landing before RR.

no I said viserys was comparable to joffrey but not as bad as the mountain or ramsey because while he threatened kinslaying he never actually need it

we know little about viserys prior to his mothers death but Ser Barristan states that he showed signs of madness as a child, Aerys showed great concern for him and liked him more than he did anyone other than himself which makes sense if viserys resembled a young aerys as Ser Barristans says he does.

Viserys did in fact become an awful person to his sister though not to the extent Aerys did
