Some elements of it were a little odd, with significant seeming things happening and then not being followed up on but I assume that's down to the trilogy of books taking place simultaneously thing and they'll be addressed in one of the other books. It'll be interesting to see how Abraham manages to cover things over the next two books. I also read Django Wexler's Emperor of Ruin the last book of his Burningblade and Silvereye trilogy.
