Football - a matter of life and death? No, its more important than that!

Last couple of matches should have spelled the end for Lampard. Now, it's written in the sky with star-sized neon letters.

Terrible place to be. No direction, no confidence, no brains at the board and very little talent in the managerial seat. I'd take Dyche in a heartbeat.

Arsenal are one hundred percent trolling me with these Declan Rice to Arsenal links. I mean, I'll probably be banned off the forum before next season starts but it will still hurt.

There's no better ride in football than going behind in a big game, equalising, going in front and then getting pegged back, before going on to score a last minute winner. Doesn’t get any better than that. If you were writing the script for "Billy the Fish - The Movie", that's what would happen in the climax.

Gotta ask if Billy really is the protagonist.

we were always going to struggle considering our midweek game and the absence of Casemiro. In fact, a draw would have allowed us to say "we went toe to toe with the league leaders", and if it wasn't for these offside inches it could very much have been a draw.

but we were so much dominated that there's nothing positive to draw from that game, especially from that 2nd half. Losing after scoring first is always a disappointment, but just like against Palace, we really didn't show up in 2nd half.

anyway, I guess it's time to let Arsenal get out of their banter era, and hope for a top 4 finish and a cup win...

Every Liverpool fan should be unhappy about that. At this point, why not just give Milner a coaching position if he's so valuable? He offers very little on the pitch these days.

Milner hasn't really played that much this season, so I don't think we can fault him for Liverpool's predicaments this season.  He's a reliable backup for multiple positions on the pitch, he's not causing any problems and I doubt he's that costly, financially. He's in the later days of his career and I'd prefer having him around to help influence youngsters and show them what a true professional looks like.
