A Horse Named Stranger
A pity, I really had high hopes for Gerrard to land the Poland job. PG had me all hyped up by that post.

Darryk
https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11675/12791409/juventus-serie-a-side-given-15-point-deduction-as-tottenhams-fabio-paratici-handed-30-month-ban-from-italian-football Tottenham sporting director Fabio Paratici found guilty of fraud perpetrated during his time at Juventus and banned from all football activities in Italy. Ban may be extended to all football activities in Europe. With Tottenham, it never rains, it pours. An Inter-supporting friend of mine told me a year ago that Paratici was shit so I've always had my doubts and I guess this provides a convenient opportunity to get rid of him. But still kind of funny that Levy appoints a Director of Football and six months later the guy is convicted of Fraud. Levy has like the opposite of the MIdas touch. Wilbur
Everton fans deserve more than they are getting from the club ownership, who are clueless and without direction. They fired Rafa for Frank Lampard, and Everton fans have had to watch a promising team wither on the vine as a result of that and so many other choices. A Horse Named Stranger
Well, it's not like they were playing well under Benitez. If they hadn't been awful, Benitez wouldn't have been sacked. I said it a while ago, but the Everton job has Dyche's name written all over it. Probably the most natural fit for a managerial job in EPL history. So watch him getting the job and then crash and burn in spectacular fashion. Just to show how wrong a horse can be about football.

There's reports that Bielsa is their first choice. That might excite some of their fans but has disaster written all over it. There's a decent chance he'd resign faster than he did at Lazio. Just to point out we didn't fire Rafa for Lampard, we fired Rafa for being every bit as clueless as Lampard has been lately, with the added benefit of being generally hated by a large part of our fanbase for being a former Liverpool manager. Yeah, it's not like Benitez is the best manager in the world, and many believed that Lampard could make it at a mid-level club. Unfortunately, the gamble didn't pay off. Getting Bielsa now would be seriously demented. Club's such a shitshow, he'd walk out after half a day. So it makes total sense we tried. Consigliere
Reports that Moshiri has put Everton up for sale - will consider either a minority or majority sale. According to the report, Deloitte has been instructed to handle the sale of the club and offers in excess of £500m will be considered. Rorshach
Here's what we need: An owner with knowledge of football. Who comes in - ideally - yesterday, and fires the board. Who already has a footballing philosophy in mind, and a manager who can deliver. And who can get perhaps a player in. No pressure.
