A Horse Named Stranger
Well, Haller scored his first goal since coming back from his cancer treatment during Dortmund's 5-1 victory over Freiburg. Streich was so upset about the referee's performance that he managed to get sent off. Game was well out of reach for Freiburg at that point, but overall a pretty miserable day for them. Bochum delivered a 5-2 Pummeling to Hoffenheim, and thus they pulled SAP straight into the relegation battle. Hertha lost yet again. And Schalke are almost in a must win game later, if they want to keep some hope of staying up alive.
polishgenius
Well, three games without Casemiro will be tough. What an absolutely idiotic thing to do. Good performance until then, though.
Consigliere
Deserved to win. Silly from Casemiro - I don't think it would be wise to appeal that one. Someone needs to remind Casemiro that he ain't playing for Real Madrid anymore where you can get away with that sort of thing. The ref was shit though. If Casemiro's was a justified red then Ayew 100% should have been sent off as well. Schlupp should've seen red too. The ref was very lenient towards Palace players all game. eta. Ah. I see Andre Marriner was the ref. Just the usual performance from him then. He's gash in almost every game. I'm not gonna complain too hard about Ayew coz if they investigate that they'll probably suspend Fred for clapping Schlupp around the face too. Schlupp's was a clear booking but no-one would be calling for a red if it was on a pitch that didn't slope down to the hoardings, and I don't think you can upgrade a card because Old Trafford's pitch is weird. At the end of the day players who really should have known better lost their heads. Casemiro ran half the pitch to get there ffs. You know it's a silly scene when Lisandro Martinez is being the cool head in there. Edited February 4 by polishgenius
Daemon the Leaner
Casemiro will use a rest before the Barcelona game. Three games is a very lenient punishment in that case though. You've got to hope they don't extend the suspension to the final against Newcastle... As far as I understand from the hightlights, we have again been terrible with 10 men. That (and set pieces) is a point we never improve, whereas top sides manage to form a much more solid unit with 10 men - especially against weaker teams. Rorshach
Well, that was better than expected, really. And, honestly, I think Bielsa would have lost that one. So Dyche's doing very well one game in.

Try Manchester United - Liverpool rivalry. How to put it, since you lot lack that sorta thing. Basically Bear - Packer with fans actually being properly emotionally invested. I mean this too, but also I just absolutely fucking hate Steven Gerrard. I also rate him quite correctly as 'pretty good' and Liverpool fans get irritated about that coz they think he's one of the top 5 midfielders in Prem history, but what can I do. Corvinus85
So Forest's strategy to save themselves from relegation is to sign one of the best goalkeepers of the last decade. I like it. Paid off against Leeds.
